Our unique proposition is to bring the best-in-class of Asia in this sector to our customers through our multiple touch points in Asia.
Our customers do not need to depend only on China for building material supply. We also have the capability to search for suitable product brands and factories from other Asian countries such as Malaysia, India, Thailand and Vietnam.
The current geopolitical and inflation driven environment dictates supply chain security. There is a need for agility to shift to diverse supply sources from different geographies. With our local offices in different source countries we are able to help our customers create their own sustainable competitive advantage. They have access to our multi country supply base for the best quality and lowest price products.
Our business model is unique.
We defy the business model of a trading company that focuses on primarily on spot transactional activities.
We act effectively as our customer’s business advisors and de-facto out-sourced marketing department.
We analyse our customer’s business and help suggest products to grow their market. We will recommend products that they can cross sell to their distribution channels. We will assist them in building their own private labels and develop their market by sharing our experiences in digital marketing, data analytics and market development and brand promotion.

3. Our Services
Our utmost priority is to provide a pleasant and productive customer experience during the international product sourcing activity with our company.
This is done by providing comprehensive personalized assistance to not only select a particular supplier for a product but also generally suggest how to grow our customers’ business.
We provide support services in product identification, selection, purchase and delivery for each product category.
We will provide options of different suppliers and brands to develop markets. The aim is to take away the hassle of browsing the internet or visiting overseas Trade Exhibitions for the best sources of supply. Our in-depth knowledge of the supply chain allows our customers to focus on marketing and business development in their own markets and leave international product sourcing to us.
Our business model is to provide options on supplier choice. The customer is given the choice to deal either directly with the proprietary brand holder and factory or our local office staff during the entire sourcing value chain process.
There is complete transparency for our customers to know supplier background and before a Purchase Order is issued. This is to ensure that the customer is given the option to select from multiple supply sources before making a decision to buy. Our role is to analyze customer needs and recommend the most appropriate products and supply sources from different Asian countries to our customers.
4. Our Revenue Model
There may be concern that using our company’s services our customers will be paying a higher market price. We are aware that the era of the intermediary or middleman is gone with direct sourcing with manufacturers in vogue.
In order to allay fears of paying a higher price when using our services we assure our customers that the manufacturer will offer the lowest price to our customer compared to those approaching them directly.
You are guaranteed the manufacturer’s best price to any customer based on product specs and quantities purchased.
In order to achieve lowest price from our selected manufacturer our business strategy is do comparative analysis on price and quality of specific products prior to selecting the best supplier. We negotiate the lowest price on the market for a particular product. We leverage on our purchasing power for global sourcing.
The customer has the option of buying directly from the selected manufacturer or our company. Likewise payment will be made accordingly.
Although the customer is given the option to deal directly with the manufacturer our communication with the customer is maintained throughout the ordering processfrom order until the goods reach the customer’s designated Port.
5. Quality Assurance & Defects Claims
The customer is assured that we only select and recommend product brands and factories that comply to the product specs and delivery terms as promised in the Purchase Order.
The quality assurance will be given by the manufacturer to the customer. Such terms will be reflected in the Purchase Order or any other specific contract the customer wishes to sign with the manufacturer. Our role is to ensure that the customer rights are protected and complied with in the whole transaction. This is done by vetting the purchase contract to ensure the manufacturer is responsible for product quality.
The customer is encouraged to use third party inspection companies to check on quality as stated in the Purchase Order prior to the shipment.
In the unfortunate event of product defect claim we will assist the customer to negotiate a settlement for replacement of the defective goods. However the manufacturer not our company is responsible for resolving the claims for defective goods.
